FSI offers our extensive knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems to provide our customers with complete facility and equipment evaluations. These evaluation reports have been used for acquisition determinations, efficiency studies, quality monitoring, or preventative maintenance information. FSI uses the Laser Tracker to supplement our engineering projects as it can determine accurate dimensional measurements up to 250 feet from the tracker with accuracy to the thousandths of an inch. We use this system along with various precision measurement tools to monitor movement, perform equipment alignments and calibrations, as well as perform dimensional inspections.
