Press systems supply

The FSI supplied electromechanical presses are used for many applications such as powder compaction, assembly of parts, and sensitive product forming. These presses can be supplied with explosion proof plates to protect the operator from a volatile compaction process. They are PLC-controlled with HMI interfaces and have been supplied with tethered HMI’s. We can design your press for speed requirements, position accuracy, and force accuracy. All our HMI displays come with custom screens to fit your process. Recipes can be stored for ease of setup between parts. Maintenance screens assist in ease of troubleshooting and monitoring. 

Our metal compaction presses are customized to your product and process. We produce closed die metal compaction presses for shaped forms such as cones and cups, as well as sponge compactions. These units are hydraulically powered and the hydraulic systems are included with the complete controls package. They can be provided as skidded units or the press, HPU, and controls can be separated to suit your space and needs.

These presses are supplied specifically for shape charge manufacturing and fitted with blast proof plates and door to protect the operator from the volatile pressing process. We package these presses with our proprietary hydraulic circuit in an “easy to maintain and troubleshoot” custom manifold and hydraulic power unit. The controls are PLC-based with an easy to navigate HMI for parameter setting and recipe storage. The main screen allows for viewing of critical feedback monitoring and the maintenance screen shows all I/O for quick troubleshooting. These presses are built tough and safe.
